Our journey began in 2025, inspired by the enduring vision of Shree Padmakar Vyankatesh Mukddam, Dr. Rupali Lanjewar’s father, who dreamed of transforming the city of Nagpur back in 1975. With an unshakable belief in the city’s potential, he took a bold step leaving his government job to pursue his passion for real estate development.
Guided by his foresight, he founded two renowned housing societies MangalDham Gruha Nirman Sanstha and MangalMurti Gruha Nirman Sanstha and went on to play a pioneering role in shaping Nagpur’s growth story. Over the course of his illustrious career, he developed and sold more than 10,000 plots across key areas such as Trimurti Nagar, Wadi, Wanadongri, Dhaba, Hingna, and the MIHAN–Butibori region, among many others.
Today, we proudly carry forward his legacy as the second and third generation of Builders and Developers. With the same passion, trust, and commitment to quality, we continue to build not just properties but lasting relationships and thriving communities that reflect the true spirit of Nagpur.
